Key Responsibilities

  • •Provide specialist procurement strategy advice to Public and Private sector clients and lead end-to-end procurement services for major projects or programmes.
  • •Collaborate with a team to manage end-to-end procurement services, including contract strategy and documentation.
  • •Support the development of procurement services offered by the contract services team and contribute to bid preparation and work-winning activities.
  • •Support business development and marketing of the Contract Services team’s service proposition and help deliver team-wide targets.
  • •Travel opportunities nationally and internationally to service and manage key commissions for blue-chip clients.

Key Requirements

  • •Experience of leading and/or supporting projects in a strategic procurement environment.
  • •Strong background in tender preparation and development of respective documents in relevant sectors (including design and preparation of the process and key documentation).
  • •Experience of leading and/or supporting in supplier engagement activities, to include market engagement through to contract award.
  • •Cross sector experience with Public/Utilities Contract Regulations or equivalent.
  • •Experience of using a range of standard form contracts including NEC and JCT, developing terms, negotiation and award.
