Provide on-site service for welding equipment at Fronius Polska customers and at the Gliwice site. Diagnose, repair, and service welding devices; perform inspections and calibration; install and update software; and conduct electrical start-up after repairs. Support internal training, help with warehouse tasks (inventory support, maintenance, testing), and assist internal sales and technical support teams with service offers by sharing customer feedback and market information.
