Key Responsibilities

  • •Responsible for material planning, purchase order execution, scheduling, inventory management, and supply chain coordination to ensure timely production material availability.
  • •Optimize inventory levels to reduce excess/obsolete/long-aging inventory and adjust/cancel purchase orders promptly when demand changes.
  • •Plan and execute material-control and sourcing activities for productivity and new product development projects aligned with division/site supply-chain strategies.
  • •Place purchase orders, obtain supplier confirmations, maintain estimated arrival dates in SAP, and expedite urgent orders with timely delivery status updates.
  • •Coordinate quality returns, replenishment, and engineering changes; manage pre-production to production transition including phase-in/phase-out planning and mitigation of project supply risks.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor of Science in Engineering, Supply Chain, Materials Management, or a related discipline.
  • •5+ years of experience in engineering, supply chain, purchasing, or material control, including support for engineering and new product development projects.
  • •Proficiency in SAP/ERP and MRP, including material planning, purchase orders, and inventory management.
  • •Experience with supplier delivery and sourcing processes, requests for quotation, and commercial negotiation.
  • •Strong English communication plus negotiation, teamwork, stakeholder management, problem-solving, and cross-functional coordination skills.
