Key Responsibilities

  • •Load dewars onto vacuum pumps, perform LN2 boil-off procedures, track pump cycle progress, and conduct daily gas collection and evaluation.
  • •Monitor and troubleshoot vacuum and cryogenic systems using RGA instrumentation to screen for irregularities and maintain process integrity.
  • •Perform regular maintenance on vacuum pump systems, conduct dewar leak checks, and maintain cleanroom cleanliness, organization, and material stocking (including LN2).
  • •Document IDCA processes and data by creating and maintaining documentation, travelers, and detailed data entry following established procedures.

Key Requirements

  • •Associate's degree in a technical field (or equivalent practical experience) with 5–10 years of hands-on experience in a manufacturing or process environment.
  • •Experience operating and troubleshooting high vacuum systems, leak checkers, and Residual Gas Analyzers (RGAs).
  • •Strong fine motor skills and hand-eye coordination for precision work; proficiency with hand tools and mechanical/electrical measurement equipment.
  • •Ability to read mechanical assembly drawings and rudimentary schematics.
  • •Adhere to established procedures with attention to detail; proficient with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel); infrared technical experience is a plus.
