Key Responsibilities

  • •Manage exports end-to-end and oversee related trade finance sub-products and communications in line with bank policies, SOPs, and applicable ICC guidelines
  • •Advise customers on export finance, export payments, document checking, letter of credit advising/confirmation/transfer, collections, and risk participation
  • •Review and resolve customer complaints, ensure MBOs are met on time, and maintain SLA adherence following SOP/OPM and UCP/ISBP
  • •Conduct due diligence on applications, including priority customers, high-value transactions, back-to-back/Red Clause letters of credit, and perform sanction checking
  • •Oversee daily reconciliations (Nostro/internal accounts), handle commodity trade operations documents, support audits, and enable team cross-skilling in additional products

Key Requirements

  • •Graduate with thorough, in-depth understanding of trade finance products and functions
  • •CDCS/CITF/CTFP certified
  • •Minimum 15–18 years’ experience in trade finance
  • •Thorough understanding of SWIFT, trade finance, and financial operating systems
  • •Strong communications and interpersonal skills with proficiency in MS Office (Word/Excel/PPT)
