Key Responsibilities

  • •Oversee dispatch excellence by ensuring orders are picked to time targets and leading the dispatch area for seamless packing.
  • •Manage inventory rigour including unloading deliveries by procedure and ensuring accuracy of product locations, date rotations, and claims logging.
  • •Maintain operational standards by keeping the warehouse clean, tidy, and safe; address hazards urgently and run regular H&S checks.
  • •Collaborate with the Warehouse Assistant Manager and Manager to ensure the site runs smoothly and employees follow company procedures.
  • •Ensure stock counts are 100% accurate across all designated counting areas.
