Build quality into an AI product used by veterinary professionals by executing hands-on manual testing and helping evolve an automation strategy. Partner with Product, Engineering, and Design to validate releases, design test cases, identify risks early, and test web and mobile experiences. Use modern tooling and workflows, including Playwright, CI/CD with GitHub Actions, and issue tracking, while writing clear, evidence-based bug reports.

•Execute primarily manual QA and design structured, executable test cases with clear evidence.
•Validate user experiences across web and mobile platforms and assess end-to-end product quality.
•Identify risks early, proactively surface unclear requirements, and raise the overall quality bar.
•Contribute to test planning and evolve the long-term automation strategy using sound methodology and maintainable architecture.
•Collaborate with Product, Engineering, and Design throughout the development lifecycle and provide clear bug reports with reproduction steps.

Key Requirements

•4+ years of professional experience in Quality Assurance or Software Testing.
•Experience testing both web and mobile applications.
•Practical command of ISTQB-style test design techniques, including equivalence partitioning, boundary value analysis, decision tables, and state transition.
•Solid understanding of testing types and the defect lifecycle, and where QA adds value in agile workflows.
•Hands-on automation experience on web (e.g., Playwright, Cypress, Selenium) sufficient to read, run, and extend an existing suite.
