Key Responsibilities

  • •Create performance creative assets (video and static) for ad campaigns on Meta and other platforms.
  • •Generate realistic photos and videos using AI tools and select suitable models for each task.
  • •Work with marketers to interpret briefs, test hypotheses, and produce creative variations.
  • •Analyze creative results and make design decisions based on metrics.
  • •Improve and optimize team workflows by proposing changes and automating routine tasks, sharing experience with other designers.

Key Requirements

  • •1+ year of experience working with After Effects, with understanding of animation and compositing and ability to deliver video creatives from start to final render.
  • •1+ year of experience with AI generation of photos and videos, with knowledge of different models and what fits each use case.
  • •Understanding of ad creative structure (e.g., hooks) and ability to choose dynamic shots for editing.
  • •Visual literacy (composition, typography, color work).
  • •Experience optimizing processes and working in a team, understanding team workflows and cross-role collaboration.
