Investment Operations Spec.

Perform operational duties within an assigned Investment Operations area by researching and resolving operational and accounting exceptions, verifying account entries, and ensuring statements and totals are accurate. Coordinate with Investment and internal teams to resolve issues and meet documentation requirements. Handle high-volume customer and broker inquiries by phone and in writing, using strong multitasking and computer skills across multiple systems.
