Key Responsibilities

  • •Provide guidance and support to project and construction teams on Health, Safety, and Environmental compliance requirements.
  • •Coordinate risk assessments, safety inspections, incident investigations, corrective actions, and preventive measures.
  • •Support regulatory compliance activities, including labor inspections, audits, safety committees, and interactions with local authorities.
  • •Monitor and maintain project HS&E reporting systems to track safety performance and compliance metrics.
  • •Assist in implementing company global SHE policies and procedures, and prepare reports, presentations, and documentation related to HS&E performance and compliance.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Architecture, Environmental Sciences, Occupational Health & Safety, or a related field.
  • •Minimum 5 years of experience in Health, Safety & Environment roles within construction, industrial, manufacturing, or capital projects environments.
  • •Specialized training and certification in Occupational Health and Safety in accordance with Mexican regulations.
  • •Strong knowledge of Mexican Health, Safety, and Environmental legislation and compliance requirements.
  • •Experience conducting risk assessments, incident investigations, safety inspections, and compliance audits.
