Key Responsibilities

  • •Troubleshoot PLC- and robotics-controlled equipment.
  • •Connect a laptop to equipment to identify faults.
  • •Reload PLC and robotics programs when necessary.
  • •Make basic edits and minor modifications to existing PLC and robotics programs.
  • •Troubleshoot robotic faults and coordinate with the maintenance team; assist with general maintenance as needed.

Key Requirements

  • •Strong PLC troubleshooting experience, with Allen-Bradley as the primary PLC platform.
  • •Ability to troubleshoot and modify existing PLC programs.
  • •Experience troubleshooting robotics and diagnosing fault causes (program/reset/mechanical/electrical).
  • •Strong electrical troubleshooting skills and ability to read electrical schematics.
  • •Must obtain and maintain Amcor CEW status within 30 to 45 days.
