Key Responsibilities

  • •Partner with brand and functional leaders to define and deliver digital growth and profitability targets for Japan and Korea.
  • •Lead development of Japan and Korea digital product strategy and multi-year roadmaps supporting the enterprise omni-channel strategy.
  • •Define and track commercial KPIs (conversion, AOV, customer lifetime value, omni penetration) to steer product decisions.
  • •Deliver best-in-class omni-channel experiences across e-commerce, stores, clienteling, and post-purchase service, bridging online and offline journeys.
  • •Lead demand management from intake through delivery and measurement, championing agile, experimentation, and data-driven product culture while meeting standards.

Key Requirements

  • •10 to 15+ years in digital product management leadership, building products and teams to drive business success.
  • •Experience defining strategy, experiences, and features by working backwards from customers using qualitative and quantitative insights.
  • •Thorough understanding of digital business and e-commerce ecosystems, including commerce engines, CMS, and product information management systems.
  • •Strong analytical and financial acumen for forecasting, scenario analysis, and ROI/IRR calculations.
  • •Excellent written and verbal communication in both Japanese and English, translating complex concepts for diverse audiences.
