Key Responsibilities

  • •Hire, lead, mentor, and develop a team of Basis Leads and Administrators, including goal setting and performance reviews.
  • •Establish on-call rotations and coverage models to ensure 24x7 support for critical SAP systems.
  • •Own the Basis roadmap and strategy across SAP S/4HANA (RISE), BTP, SuccessFactors, Commerce Cloud, and acquired platforms.
  • •Define standards and oversee configuration, performance tuning, availability, capacity planning, and disaster recovery/business continuity.
  • •Manage SI/AMS partners to ensure delivery against SOWs/SLAs and act as escalation point for critical incidents and root-cause investigations.

Key Requirements

  • •12+ years of SAP Basis administration and architecture experience, including 3+ years in a people-management or team-lead role.
  • •Proven experience leading SAP Basis teams through SAP RISE engagements.
  • •2+ greenfield implementation experiences on SAP Hyperscaler, preferably Azure, in a leadership capacity.
  • •In-depth knowledge of hybrid SAP solutions and multi-system landscapes, including BTP administration and integration with SAP Cloud Connector.
  • •Experience managing SI/AMS vendor contracts, SOWs, and SLAs, plus strong stakeholder communication skills.
