Job Summary

Operate a hi-lift forklift to move product through the warehouse rack system, including pulling down/putting away pallets and picking and placing pallets accurately within Tyson guidelines. Follow all safety and policy procedures, communicate promptly with leadership on issues or discrepancies, and support quality/authenticity/legal procedures. Work the B shift (Mon–Thu, 6:00PM–4:30AM) in cold storage environments, completing required paperwork and food defense training.

Key Responsibilities

•Pull down and put away pallets in the warehouse rack system using a hi-lift forklift.
•Move product through the warehouse safely and efficiently.
•Pick and place pallets accurately within Tyson guidelines to avoid dumps or askew pallets.
•Remove plastic wrap on occasion prior to depositing pallets.
•Follow safety and policy procedures and complete annual food defense training; clean as you go and complete other assigned duties.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 23.1 hourly

Key Requirements

•Must have 6 months of forklift experience with a single employer within the last 3 years, with no employment gaps greater than 6 months.
•Cold storage experience is preferred.
•3 months stand up forklift experience is preferred.
•Must be able to lift/carry 70 lbs or more up to 120 lbs and stand for extended periods; full range of motion required.
•Must pass post-offer health assessment and drug screening, and be proficient in reading and writing to complete on-the-job paperwork.
