•Lead cross-functional projects focused on improving sales operational processes and outcomes in high net worth markets.
•Administer the Premium Finance Assurance function, including adherence to program rules, vendor approvals, field communications, case evaluation, audits, and reporting.
•Provide strategic, consultative support to sales leadership and stakeholders on advanced strategies, initiatives, and programs to drive business results.
•Lead the development and implementation of high net worth sales programs, coordinating distribution, marketing, and enterprise operations.
•Stay apprised of industry trends, recommend program changes, and maintain productive internal and external stakeholder relationships.

•Life and Health Insurance license required.
