Job Function: IT Operations (Systems/Network Admin)

Key Responsibilities

  • •Design and build AI-powered automations and agentic workflows across the GTM tech stack to eliminate manual effort and accelerate business operations.
  • •Develop and deploy ClickUp Super Agents and LLM-based automations to automate tasks such as deal data enrichment, quote generation assistance, order validation, revenue recognition triggers, and exception handling in quote-to-cash workflows.
  • •Architect and implement MCP (Model Context Protocol) integrations that allow AI agents to interact with business systems contextually and safely.
  • •Explore and evaluate emerging AI capabilities (RAG, fine-tuning, multi-agent orchestration) and determine which are production-ready for GTM business systems use cases.
  • •Build reusable AI templates, automation patterns, and agent blueprints that can be extended across the GTM Engineering team.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 144,000 - 181,000 annually

Key Requirements

  • •3–5+ years in a business systems engineering, systems administration, or integration engineering role.
  • •Demonstrated experience building and shipping automations or integrations that delivered measurable business value in production environments.
  • •Hands-on experience with Salesforce and at least one ERP platform (NetSuite strongly preferred).
  • •Experience deploying AI or LLM-powered automations in a production business systems context — or a clear, demonstrated trajectory toward it.
  • •Experience working in a high-velocity environment where you manage multiple concurrent priorities and adapt quickly to changing business needs.
