Key Responsibilities

  • •Modify and repair the troubleshoot system/interface between PLC and the Material Flow System (MFS) to maintain production continuity.
  • •Fix damaged equipment components (sensors, scanners, visualization systems, motors, frequency inverters, encoders) and resolve operational challenges.
  • •Identify root causes of faults and production errors and implement permanent solutions to assure ongoing operation.
  • •Analyze daily operation reports to track system performance and identify improvement opportunities; conduct maneuver testing scenarios.
  • •Update and manage the help-desk ticketing system, design training and system manuals, and coordinate with suppliers and internal/external teams to maximize uptime.

Key Requirements

  • •2-year degree in Electronics and Electrical Engineering (or equivalent experience).
  • •5-7 years of experience with PLC and Siemens S7, including SEW motors and drives.
  • •Knowledge of motors, drivers, controllers, HMIs, and communication protocols.
  • •Proficiency with MS Office Suite.
  • •Ability to use AUTOCAD or E-Plan.
