Key Responsibilities

  • •Serve as a hands-on test lead, owning test strategy, planning, and execution across one or more delivery teams.
  • •Translate requirements into test scenarios, acceptance criteria, and risk-based test plans, and run end-to-end testing through production sign-off.
  • •Design and implement scalable test automation frameworks for API, UI, and service integration testing.
  • •Establish test data/environment strategy and traceability from requirements to test evidence, driving shift-left quality practices.
  • •Integrate automated tests into CI/CD pipelines, use cloud/container-based environments, and track quality metrics and release readiness; lead defect triage and root cause analysis.

Key Requirements

  • •At least 8 years of hands-on experience in software testing/quality engineering.
  • •Experience in test strategy and test planning.
  • •Strong API testing and automation, including REST-assured and Postman/Newman.
  • •Strong UI automation, including Selenium, Cypress, or Playwright.
  • •Experience across CI/CD test integration and cloud/container-based testing (e.g., Jenkins, GitHub Actions, AWS, Kubernetes, Docker), plus performance testing and SQL/NoSQL validation.
