Key Responsibilities

•Provide HVAC controls-related solutions and consultation for customer problems, including financial and performance-based considerations.
•Assess customer needs and identify market opportunities; coordinate acquisition teams for customers and projects.
•Convert leads into opportunities by assigning the appropriate sales process and communicating next steps.
•Develop and execute an account-specific business plan to support a strong, profitable partnership.
•Assist customers with technical questions across HVAC systems, Trane products, controls, installation, operation, maintenance, and problem resolution.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 99,275 - 143,220 annually

Key Requirements

•4+ years of demonstrated experience or a Bachelor’s of Science degree.
•2+ years of solution sales experience.
•Practical experience and relevant skills; candidates without a degree are encouraged to apply.
•Valid driver license in state with no major or frequent traffic violations (within the last 3 years) within 1 year required.
