Key Responsibilities

  • •Own full-cycle recruiting end-to-end, from sourcing to close, across both GTM and engineering.
  • •Build Linkup’s recruiting engine from scratch, including sourcing playbooks, interview loops, scorecards, and ATS hygiene.
  • •Partner with founders and hiring managers to scope roles, calibrate the bar, and keep hiring loops fast.
  • •Run high-touch outbound sourcing for senior technical and GTM profiles across NYC, San Francisco, and Paris.
  • •Own candidate experience and build talent pipelines and employer brand ahead of open roles.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 90,000 - 250,000 annually

Key Requirements

  • •2+ years of in-house recruiting experience at a startup or scale-up, ideally hiring for technical, infrastructure, or AI products.
  • •Full-cycle recruiting experience with the ability to source and close, not just triage inbound.
  • •Strong outbound sourcing skills, including opening conversations with passive senior candidates.
  • •Comfort operating across the US and Europe, including timezones and compensation norms.
  • •Thrives in a fast-paced, high-ownership startup environment.
