Key Responsibilities

  • •Ensure compliance with company procedures and policies, including ISO 45001:2018, ISO 14001:2015, ISO 9001:2015, and ISM & ISPS requirements.
  • •Receive and process incoming invoices, verifying supporting documents (approved PO, signed delivery note/AKT) match invoice amounts.
  • •Handle local and international AP accounting: invoice processing, supplier and stakeholder communication, statement reconciliation, problem resolution, and payment submission.
  • •Process invoices in JDE/NSE (OV, PV, PD, advances) and prepare journal entries to correct miscoded POs and book WHT.
  • •Support month closure, supplier reconciliations (including aged creditors review), auditor assistance, and prepare ad hoc reports as requested.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
  • •Fluent English and Azerbaijani; knowledge of Russian is an advantage.
  • •Minimum 3–5 years of relevant industry experience in an international company.
  • •Experience with financial accounting and AP/AR accounting is required.
  • •Experience with accounting software is an advantage and intermediate Microsoft skills are required.
