Job Summary

Lead board/system test activities across the product life cycle, from pre-silicon test and manufacturability planning through NPI automated test equipment and production test solutions. Drive factory debug of test interface hardware, develop and execute test plans, and analyze device performance to improve yield and reduce test time. Partner with multi-functional engineering teams, vendors, and peers to support server manufacturing bring-up and training for GPU and datacenter products.

Key Responsibilities

•Lead board/system test engineering activities and support the full product life cycle (pre-silicon, NPI, and production).
•Develop test plans, perform characterization testing, and release cost-effective production test solutions into mass production.
•Conduct hardware debug of test interfaces and board issues, including onsite factory debug activities.
•Analyze device performance data and drive yield improvement and test time reduction initiatives.
•Support server manufacturing bring-up/testing/training and coordinate with cross-functional teams and vendors.

Key Requirements

•B.S. in Electrical or Computer Engineering with at least 5+ years of relevant experience (or equivalent).
•At least 2+ years of relevant experience in test manufacturing support.
•Strong hardware troubleshooting and debugging skills for board/system test interfaces and issues.
•Good knowledge of high-speed digital and analog circuits, plus PCBA fabrication/process experience.
•Solid experience with Linux environment and familiarity with Linux shell scripting and/or Python programming.
