Key Responsibilities

  • •Oversee end-to-end financial transactions, including client invoicing, vendor purchase order management, and intercompany agreement validation for accuracy and compliance.
  • •Review and approve client invoices and supplier expenditures in alignment with Delegation of Authority (DoA) and corporate accounting standards.
  • •Lead annual budget development and monthly re-forecasting; use financial tools to automate reporting and improve forecasting accuracy.
  • •Perform complex cost allocations and financial modeling for contract profitability reporting, including consolidation of contract performance at sub-regional or sector levels.
  • •Deliver variance analysis and KPI reporting, acting as a trusted advisor to leadership by translating financial data into actionable insights and driving continuous improvement.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree required; CPA, CMA, or similar professional qualification highly preferred.
  • •6+ years of relevant experience in financial management, controllership, or FP&A in complex environments.
  • •In-depth knowledge of accounting principles, revenue recognition, and SOX governance.
  • •Experience with ERP and financial systems (e.g., D365, PeopleSoft, Ariba, OneStream) is a significant advantage.
  • •Leadership and people management skills, including developing and motivating teams.
