Job Summary

Drive and optimize UK/EU press and influencer strategy, partnering with key press and creators to support launches and hero products across the UK and Europe. Manage influencer community growth and talent discovery, oversee PR agencies, and coordinate impactful influencer/media events. Build relationships with media and retail partners, monitor performance using Launchmetrics, CreatorIQ, Cision (and related tools), and provide day-to-day coaching to the PR & Influencer Coordinator while collaborating cross-functionally to deliver integrated campaigns.

Key Responsibilities

•Partner with the Senior Manager to optimize and deliver the UK/EU press & influencer strategy for new launches and hero products.
•Support influencer and media events by coordinating effectively to create strong brand experiences.
•Build and maintain relationships with media, PR agencies, and retail partners (including Sephora) to maximize visibility.
•Lead influencer community management, talent discovery, and relationship development across the region.
•Monitor and evaluate campaign performance using platforms such as Launchmetrics, CreatorIQ, and Cision to measure coverage, content performance, and EMV.

Key Requirements
