Key Responsibilities

  • •Partner with cross-functional stakeholders to define, build, and implement a Generative AI Agent platform for priority banking services from discovery through production rollout.
  • •Architect enterprise-grade platform capabilities, including agent orchestration, workflow design, tool/function integration, memory and state management, and reusable delivery patterns.
  • •Drive platform adoption at scale using reference implementations, onboarding pathways, developer enablement (APIs/SDKs, templates, documentation), and governance.
  • •Own platform performance management with success metrics and SLOs, observability, evaluations, and continuous tuning for reliability, accuracy, latency, and cost.
  • •Oversee end-to-end delivery execution by managing scope, risks, dependencies, and milestones; advise senior leadership with trade-offs and delivery plans.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree or above in Computer Science/Engineering (or related) with strong communication skills, including verbal communication in English.
  • •5+ years of hands-on coding with strong Python or Java or Golang, including usage of at least one major cloud (AWS/Azure/GCP).
  • •Ability to deploy and operate services in production, with Docker/Kubernetes preferred.
  • •2+ years building and shipping LLM/GenAI applications, including agentic workflows/multi-agents, tool/function calling, and RAG with vector databases.
  • •Proven problem-solving ability and an AI-native mindset, working effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
