Job Summary

Lead a licensed retail banker team to drive production and coaching outcomes while supporting a client book with complex financial profiles. Own sales of securities products and help reach targeted securities fee income goals in the assigned territory. Plan and deliver individual and group coaching, run client meetings (solo and joint) to match investment solutions to client goals, complete internal sales reporting, and conduct seminars to grow business.

•Prepare internal sales tracking reports and coordinate communications with the team to complete accountabilities.
