Key Responsibilities

  • •Develop, monitor, and update owners’ Project Integrated Master Schedule (IMS).
  • •Establish schedule management program and deliverables for large-scale capital programs.
  • •Prepare baseline schedules and schedule basis documents for project team approval.
  • •Consolidate contractor schedules into the IMS and assess impacts on the critical path and near-critical activities.
  • •Apply EVM to measure progress and provide periodic schedule progress reports, trending charts, and schedule analysis while monitoring deviations and variances.
