Key Responsibilities

  • •Produce detailed technical drawings and architectural designs to communicate building designs to clients and contractors.
  • •Create and develop architectural designs and drawings in Revit, following REVIT/BIM requirements, standards, and quality.
  • •Apply building technology, assembly, and construction methodology to ensure technical excellence and compliance with applicable codes.
  • •Prepare and review working drawings, ensuring compliance with the Ontario Building Code and other applicable requirements.
  • •Support project coordination, contribute to contract administration and shop drawing review, and maintain project documentation and files.

Key Requirements

  • •Completed or will be completing a Bachelor's degree in Architecture or an Architectural Technologist diploma/certificate in Architectural Technology.
  • •Proficiency with Revit, and experience drafting/producing architectural designs and drawings.
  • •Ability to apply building code, zoning requirements, and the Ontario Building Code to develop design documents.
  • •Ability to work within a dynamic, multi-disciplinary in-house consultant team.
  • •Strong communication, organizational, and design presentation skills, with independent judgment and reasoning.
