Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead end-to-end delivery of assigned programmes and major projects from initiation through completion and handover.
  • •Develop programme/project delivery strategies, execution plans, schedules, budgets, and governance frameworks.
  • •Ensure delivery aligns with approved scope, budget, quality, and contractual requirements.
  • •Provide leadership and direction to project managers, consultants, contractors, and multidisciplinary project teams.
  • •Manage project performance, risks/issues/dependencies, budgets and cost forecasts, and coordinate across internal functions to drive delivery; report progress to executive management.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Construction Management, Project Management, Architecture, or a related discipline.
  • •Master’s degree or MBA is an advantage.
  • •Prefer PMP or PRINCE2 (or equivalent) project/programme management certification.
  • •Extensive experience managing large-scale, complex programmes/projects in construction, real estate development, infrastructure, or related sectors.
  • •Proven leadership across multidisciplinary project teams, with strong programme planning, commercial management, contracts, risk management, and governance.
