•Greet guests, scan tickets at entry, answer questions, and help guests locate seats during the event.

•Resolve guest complaints or problems and provide assistance to guests with special needs.
•Verify ticket/pass authenticity and help ensure guests are safely enjoying the show.
•Participate in recycling and sustainability efforts and assist with post-show venue closing tasks as needed.

Key Requirements

•High school diploma (or equivalent) preferred.
•At least 1+ year in a guest service role preferred.
•Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills.
•Demonstrate judgment, tact, and diplomacy when resolving guest needs.
•Be able to constantly walk, climb stairs, and occasionally sit, lift, and carry 25 lbs.
