Key Requirements

  • •A Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in computer science (or directly related field) by summer 2027, or equivalent work experience with no more than 18 months of professional experience (excluding internship).
  • •Experience with programming via side projects or classwork; Stripe primarily uses Java, Ruby, JavaScript, Scala, and Go.
  • •Experience from internships or collaborative multi-person coding projects in a university or professional setting.
  • •Ability to learn unfamiliar systems and build understanding through independent research and mentorship.
  • •Clear written communication skills and the ability to leverage AI tools while applying critical thinking and professional judgment.
