Shift Lead - Wynwood

Lead day-to-day operations at a DashMart local fulfillment center by owning assigned shifts across warehouse (and kitchen, where applicable). You’ll ensure accurate, high-quality order fulfillment, manage inventory and equipment accountability, maintain safety and cleanliness, and guide Operations Associates as the daily escalation point. You’ll also support Dasher pickups, contribute ideas to improve quality and customer experience, and help create a positive, safe environment for teams and customers.
