Key Responsibilities

  • •Own assigned shifts, including warehouse and kitchen processes, safety/cleanliness, quality, and training.
  • •Maintain accountability for inventory, equipment, and other company assets to prevent loss or theft.
  • •Ensure customer orders are delivered accurately and with high quality, including communicating with customers when issues arise.
  • •Guide Operations Associates through their shift and serve as the daily point of escalation for operations.
  • •Support operations across warehouse and kitchen, help with day-to-day tasks, and contribute ideas to improve quality and customer experience.

Key Requirements

  • •Proven success in food and beverage, warehouse, and/or retail environments.
  • •Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. and operate a pallet jack and hand truck.
  • •Ability and desire to obtain and maintain a food handling certificate (DoorDash provides training).
  • •High school diploma or GED equivalent (college diploma preferred, not required).
  • •Must be organized and proficient in Google Docs and Google Sheets, and available for multiple shifts a week as scheduling needs require.
