Key Responsibilities

  • •Serve as a senior HR advisor and thought partner to executive leadership teams across global business functions.
  • •Lead, coach, and develop a team of HR Business Partners and establish consistent HRBP practices, tools, and frameworks.
  • •Partner with senior leadership on top talent assessment and development, including succession planning and leadership pipeline strategies.
  • •Lead organizational transformation and change management efforts, guiding leaders through planning and execution.
  • •Use workforce analytics and people metrics to identify trends and risks, monitor key indicators, and ensure compliance with employment laws.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Organizational Development, or a related field.
  • •15+ years of progressive human resources experience, including significant HR Business Partner leadership experience in a complex, high-growth, or multinational organization.
  • •Demonstrated success partnering with executive leadership on strategic business initiatives.
  • •Experience leading global or multi-regional HR teams and supporting geographically distributed workforces.
  • •Strong knowledge of organizational design, talent management, succession planning, employee relations, and change management.
