Key Responsibilities

•Partner with delivery partners on programme planning, solution design, estimation, and dependency management across projects and business units.
•Maintain and prioritise a global backlog to ensure technology delivers against OKRs.
•Drive Agile implementation of tactical and strategic Client Services initiatives across regions, global teams, and external suppliers.
•Identify and maximise opportunities to leverage AI and data analytics to enhance customer experience and optimise processes while ensuring regulatory compliance.
•Manage change across a matrixed, global organisation and engage stakeholders with competing priorities.

Key Requirements

•Broad knowledge or experience of Financial Crime Risk Management and CDD.
•Proven ability to engage and influence large, diverse stakeholder groups.
•Capacity to process and synthesise high volumes of complex information.
•Lateral, creative thinker with strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
•Strong working knowledge of Change Frameworks and Agile methodologies (e.g., Confluence, JIRA).
