Key Responsibilities

  • •Ensure proper supplies and PPE are ready before patient visits.
  • •Access daily schedules and commute to patients’ homes using modern technology.
  • •Build warm connections and collect information while performing patient services comfortably and safely.
  • •Provide diagnostic and screening services including phlebotomy/specimen collection, diabetic retina imaging, ECGs, and other listed low-acuity care.
  • •Label samples properly and coordinate drop-off to the appropriate lab or shipment facility using secure, compliant workflows.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 26 - 29 hourly

Key Requirements

  • •Previous experience in venipuncture and ability to provide preventative and diagnostic services in patients’ homes.
  • •State required licensure and/or proof of training, plus national certification where state licensure isn’t required.
  • •Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.
  • •Valid Driver’s License with current vehicle insurance and reliable transportation to travel to patient homes.
  • •Pass required background/DMV checks and complete immunization/testing requirements (e.g., MMR, Hepatitis B, TB, Influenza, TDaP).
