Key Responsibilities

•Provide sales support across all Emirates channels and market segments to maximize revenue.
•Assist in creating and maintaining customer records, handling requests, and resolving client complaints to ensure prompt action.
•Coordinate with sales teams and other departments to gather information for transactional sales activities and reduce delays.
•Prepare and circulate ad hoc commercial and sales notices, and maintain regular reporting (BSP monitoring, ADM/ACM) for the market.
•Support group sales and event preparations, including reservations, billing, and documentation to generate incremental revenue.

Key Requirements

•3+ years airline sales experience
•Strong customer service skills
•Fares and ticketing / reservation skills
•Skilled in MS Office packages & GDS systems
•Superior English communication skills (written and spoken)
