Job Summary

Deliver an elevated, personalized Coach shopping experience while meeting individual and store sales goals. Build lasting client relationships through personalized styling and fashion advice, drive revenue with cross-selling and tailored recommendations, and use mobile POS, clienteling tools, and social selling (including short-form video) to capture data and encourage repeat purchases. Support daily store operations including cash wrap, inventory processing, visual merchandising, and transactions.

Key Responsibilities

•Represent Coach as a brand ambassador by following style and service standards, building client relationships, and providing fashion advice.
•Drive sales through cross-selling, upselling, tailored recommendations, and meeting personal and team KPIs.
•Use mobile POS, clienteling tools, and social selling platforms (including short-form video) to capture data and encourage repeat purchases.
•Complete daily store operational tasks including cash wrap, inventory processing, replenishment, and visual merchandising while maintaining service standards.
•Support inventory cycles (receive shipments, stock shelves, manage product movement), process transactions and returns/exchanges/online pickups, and assist teammates as needed.

Key Requirements

•1+ years of sales experience (luxury retail preferred) and knowledge of fashion trends and competitors.
•Experience operating POS systems and basic computer proficiency (iPad/laptop, Mobile POS), including reading price/release sheets.
•Strong English proficiency.
•Ability to work at a fast pace and perform physical tasks including lifting up to 25 lb regularly (up to 50 lb occasionally) and moving around sales floor/stockroom.
•Luxury retail background and social media savvy; experience with live-stream shopping or video demos and clienteling/data acquisition (preferred).
