Organize in-store fulfillment for online orders in Kypseli by coordinating deliveries in real time. You’ll monitor issues from a watchlist, manage outgoing calls with customers and riders, ensure delivery-time targets are met, and proactively take corrective actions. Working closely with riders and the store team, you’ll assign orders to riders & vans, handle re-deliveries, and update customers on order status as needed.
