Job Summary

Support Talent Acquisition for the DataAILab team by building and maintaining a pipeline of qualified candidates. Partner with TA Partners and stakeholders to define sourcing strategies across varying experience levels, develop efficient, high-touch hiring processes, and assist recruiters with candidate management and sourcing. Contribute to recruiting projects using data- and market-intelligence-led approaches, including sourcing via LinkedIn and other search techniques, while applying D&I best practices.

Key Responsibilities

•Partner with TA Partners and stakeholders to understand hiring needs and manage sourcing strategy for key talent across experience levels.
•Develop efficient hiring processes that deliver a high-touch candidate experience and meet hiring goals.
•Support recruiters with candidate management, interviewing, and sourcing across various departments and locations.
•Build sourcing strategies using data and market intelligence to maintain qualified candidate pipelines.
•Support hiring projects, including strategizing sourcing pipelines via LinkedIn and alternative search techniques.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 30 - 50 hourly

Key Requirements

•Minimum 3 years of relevant sourcing experience in a high-volume environment using a search firm or in-house recruiting environment.
•Experience with research/sourcing tools such as LinkedIn and other social media or technical forums.
•Bachelor's degree or equivalent years of experience.
•3+ years in-house or agency recruiting experience in the hi-tech industry.
•Strong interpersonal skills to build rapport quickly and communicate effectively with all levels of the organization.
