Key Responsibilities

  • •Develop, implement, and maintain quality management initiatives, including quality engineering tools and activities (e.g., SPC, Gauge R&R, FMEA, Six Sigma, control plans).
  • •Manage quality reviews and compile/present KPI metrics for key business functions to support management quality reviews.
  • •Investigate quality issues to resolution with internal and external bodies, including actions initiated by internal or external customers.
  • •Participate in design reviews and new product introduction activities, and maintain company documentation.
  • •Maintain and progress company approvals (BS EN ISO 9001, EASA Part 21, AS EN 9001 and others) and complete business system/product audits on the programmed schedule.

Key Requirements

  • •Minimum 3-5 years of experience as a quality engineer.
  • •Engineering degree or equivalent experience.
  • •Experience participating in PFMEA and/or 8D.
  • •Practical experience with quality engineering tools/activities such as SPC, Gauge R&R, FMEA, Six Sigma, attribute charts, and control plans.
  • •Audit trained (preferably Lead Auditor level) with strong communication skills (verbal and written).
