Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead and collaborate with engineering and manufacturing teams on continuous improvement projects aligned with quality objectives.
  • •Support internal and external audits, including compliance with IATF 16949 and VDA 6.3 standards.
  • •Monitor and analyze in-line quality metrics and defect trends; drive root-cause investigations to improve LRR trends.
  • •Identify and assess risks in in-process monitoring and internal audits; lead risk assessment and corrective actions for external customer return events.
  • •Maintain quality documentation (e.g., Control Plans and Quality Specs), manage LOH improvement actions, and track QA activities for NPI.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Engineering Physics, Mechanical Engineering, Physics, or a related engineering field.
  • •Minimum 5 years of working experience in a manufacturing environment.
  • •Experience and/or familiarity with quality engineering practices and quality management systems.
  • •Familiarity with root-cause analysis techniques and tools such as FMEA, 8D, and SPC.
  • •Strong verbal and written communication, analytical/problem-solving skills, and the ability to collaborate across functions.
