Key Responsibilities

  • •Support portfolio, programme, and project governance across operations to ensure delivery oversight and alignment to strategic priorities.
  • •Produce executive reporting, analysis, and insights using approved AI, automation, and digital tools where appropriate.
  • •Monitor strategic initiatives, milestones, risks, issues, dependencies, and benefits to identify areas needing attention.
  • •Coordinate leadership forums, governance meetings, and performance reviews to drive decisions, actions, and accountability.
  • •Continuously improve PMO processes and explore responsible AI-enabled workflow automation with guardrails, escalation pathways, and auditability.

Key Requirements

  • •Demonstrable PMO or portfolio/programme/project management experience in a complex environment.

  • •Ability to analyse and simplify complex information into actionable insights while managing competing priorities.
