Job Summary

Own product strategy and execution for Smart Services Agreements supporting Trane Commercial HVAC service agreement growth and standardization across the Americas. Manage tradeoffs across revenue, margin, and market share, drive profitable growth opportunities, and run industry/competitor analyses. Partner with product, controls, digital, and equipment teams to align positioning, pricing, CTQs, and business cases for new product development.

•Manage short- and long-term product performance tradeoffs using revenue, margin, and market share.
•Actively manage day-to-day services offerings, identifying and delivering profitable growth opportunities.
•Support industry, market, and competitor analyses, including segmentation of end consumers and customers.
•Align positioning, pricing, costs, margins, and customer value proposition with the overall services strategy.
•Initiate and support business cases for new product development, including incremental revenue and margin impacts and dependencies.

Key Requirements

•Bachelor’s degree or relevant industry experience; MBA or equivalent preferred.
•5 years of combined experience in sales, marketing, P&L leadership and/or product management roles.
•HVAC experience with knowledge of building systems operation, plus extensive knowledge of field, service, and product.
•Excellent written and verbal communication skills; ability to lead through influence.
•Strong quantitative and analytical skills, with demonstrated negotiation and communication at all levels.
