Key Responsibilities

  • •Conduct technical research and development of AI agents, improving large-model application capabilities on XR devices, including multi-agent frameworks and evaluation mechanisms.
  • •Explore innovative agent methods and technologies, propose advanced agent paradigms, and lead development of industry technologies.
  • •Research agent-oriented evaluation methods and construct an agent evaluation system.
  • •Design and implement user-friendly, efficient peripheral toolkits for agent development to improve efficiency, lower adoption thresholds, and ensure delivery quality.

Key Requirements

  • •Proficient in at least one programming language (C++, Python, or Go), with project development experience preferred.
  • •In-depth understanding of large models and familiarity with LLM technical principles and application methods, including agent system design and implementation experience.
  • •Experience with agent technologies such as memory mechanisms, RAG, tool calling, and planning/execution.
  • •In-depth understanding of agent-related technical methods; reinforcement learning and planning algorithm practice is a plus.
  • •Experience reproducing papers and engineering implementations; contributors to top conference papers or open-source projects are a plus.
