Support the Tactical Opportunities investment team across sourcing, due diligence, and execution of opportunities spanning multiple asset classes. Build complex financial and valuation models, prepare investment memorandums for the investment committee, perform rigorous due diligence and market research, interview industry experts and management, and assist in transaction execution while delivering thorough, clear analyses and dependable, independent work.

•Conduct interviews with industry experts and management teams

•Minimum 2 years of investment banking, private equity, or management consulting experience.
