Indirect Purchasing Executive (Malaysia)

Own day-to-day indirect purchasing for indirect materials, ensuring the right products are delivered on time and to specification to support continuous operations at optimum cost. Manage the full procurement cycle from sourcing and analysis through negotiation, approvals, purchase orders, delivery, invoice verification, and shipping/custom declarations. Lead procurement process improvements, cost-saving initiatives, supplier performance reporting, and supplier relationship management with cross-functional teams across the MY plant and ASEAN distribution centers.
