Key Responsibilities

  • •Own performance and quality using analytical problem-solving to deliver reliable, client-focused outputs.
  • •Plan and execute work effectively, identifying value-adding opportunities and escalating when needed.
  • •Administer and manage contracts, ensuring accurate cost monitoring, forecasting, reporting, change management, and variance and cashflow control.
  • •Collaborate with client and contractor teams to deliver KPIs, programme performance, cost control, and value engineering within governance and best practice.
  • •Provide commercial leadership to improve forecast accuracy and ensure timely agreement of final accounts, while supporting internal excellence through lessons learned and process improvements.

Key Requirements

  • •Degree or HNC level qualification
  • •NEC3/4 or FIDIC experience
  • •Cost or commercial management experience on Energy (nuclear, renewables, transmission & distribution, oil & gas, low carbon) or Infrastructure (water/utilities/rail/roads/aviation) projects
  • •Experience working on major programmes or project portfolios
  • •Professional chartership (preferable)
