Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead GSOC operations across a 24/7 environment, supporting incident response, operational readiness, and intelligence gathering.
  • •Develop security and life safety program plans, incident response plans, and protocols for security incidents or potential threats.
  • •Oversee operational procedures and training programs for security officers, including firearms training and approval-based issuing.
  • •Direct patrol division and the location control room, and oversee security planning for company special events and nearby campus operations.
  • •Partner with enterprise audit and Technology Risk management to address compliance concerns and analyze security data to identify vulnerabilities and trends.

Key Requirements

  • •8+ years in the law enforcement or security industry.
  • •Experience in security operations, emergency management, GSOC/dispatch or a comparable 24/7 operational environment.
  • •Strong knowledge of GSOC operations, incident management, critical event communications, and incident command principles.
  • •Experience using intelligence gathering, threat monitoring, and enterprise security technologies.
  • •Certified Protection Professional (CPP) preferred.
