Key Responsibilities

  • •Qualify, characterize, and transfer Analog/Mixed Signal IC products from proto samples to mass production per schedule.
  • •Perform reliability qualification (ESD, LU, HTOL & Package qualification) and product characterization over process voltage and temperature; generate statistical data analyses and reports.
  • •Interface with internal (Marketing, Design, Manufacturing) and external (Customer, Vendors) groups to align requirements and expectations.
  • •Act as project lead in cross-functional teams to drive milestones, enabling timely release to production, cost reduction, and yield improvement.
  • •Support Package/Process Qualification and handle Customer Support (product issues, reports, meetings).
