Key Responsibilities

  • •Serve and train machine learning models as part of infrastructure optimization.
  • •Build and maintain high-performance online services for TikTok’s recommendation system.
  • •Build globalized, large-scale recommendation systems.
  • •Research, design, and develop computer and network software or specialized utility programs.
  • •Update and enhance software capabilities, and develop/testing and validation procedures, collaborating with hardware engineers to integrate systems and define performance requirements.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor's degree or above in Computer Science or related fields, with experience building scalable systems.
  • •Experience with at least one or two programming languages in a Linux environment such as C/C++/Go.
  • •Understanding of GPU hardware architecture, GPU software stack (CUDA, cuDNN), and experience with GPU performance analysis.
  • •Experience with deep model inference/training, debugging, tuning, and familiarity with model optimization tools such as TVM, MLIR, or XLA.
  • •Familiarity with mainstream machine learning frameworks such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, or MXNet.
