Key Responsibilities

•Serve and train machine learning models as part of infrastructure optimization.
•Build and maintain high-performance online services for TikTok’s recommendation system.
•Build globalized, large-scale recommendation systems.
•Research, design, and develop computer and network software or specialized utility programs.
•Update and enhance software capabilities, and develop/testing and validation procedures, collaborating with hardware engineers to integrate systems and define performance requirements.

Key Requirements

•Bachelor's degree or above in Computer Science or related fields, with experience building scalable systems.
•Experience with at least one or two programming languages in a Linux environment such as C/C++/Go.
•Understanding of GPU hardware architecture, GPU software stack (CUDA, cuDNN), and experience with GPU performance analysis.
•Experience with deep model inference/training, debugging, tuning, and familiarity with model optimization tools such as TVM, MLIR, or XLA.
•Familiarity with mainstream machine learning frameworks such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, or MXNet.
